1. Who We Are KatiaLerma LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a conscious living brand offering educational and experiential content in the areas of self-inquiry, meditation, breathwork, and personal development. The Site and Services are operated from Miami, Florida, United States.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase any Service. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Nature of the Services — Important Disclaimer:

Katia Lerma LLC does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services. All content and Services — including mentoring sessions, meditations, breathwork practices, group containers, and written or recorded materials — are offered for educational, informational, and personal-growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy of any kind.

• We are not licensed physicians, psychologists, therapists, or counselors, and nothing in the Services should be interpreted as medical or mental health advice.

• Always consult your physician or a qualified health provider before beginning any breathwork, meditation, or movement practice, especially if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, epilepsy, a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, or any other medical condition.

• Breathwork can produce intense physical and emotional responses. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and you agree to stop any practice immediately if you feel unwell.

• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the Site or Services.

• Your results from any Service depend entirely on you. We make no guarantees of any specific outcome, transformation, income, or result.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

No refunds. All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any Service, except where required by applicable law.

Digital products. Digital products are delivered electronically through our third-party delivery platforms. Because digital products are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Private mentoring. Enrollment in private mentoring is final upon purchase, and all payments are non-refundable. Payment plans, where offered, are a convenience, not a subscription — you remain responsible for the full program fee once enrolled. Rescheduling and cancellation policies for individual sessions will be communicated at enrollment; sessions missed without the required notice may be forfeited.

Group programs. Enrollment in group programs is final upon purchase, and all payments are non-refundable. Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks. You agree to contact us to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in termination of access to all Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Services — including text, copy, course materials, meditations, audio recordings, video, images, brand names, logos, frameworks, and methodologies — is owned by ÊTRE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any content or materials;

• Record, screenshot, or redistribute live sessions or recordings; • Use our content, frameworks, or materials to create or teach your own programs;

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and we reserve all legal remedies.

6. Live Sessions and Community Conduct

Live sessions (via video conferencing or otherwise) and group containers are shared spaces. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all participants and facilitators with respect;

• Keep confidential anything shared by other participants inside a group container;

• Refrain from soliciting, promoting, or recruiting other participants for your own business or services;

• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund. Sessions may be recorded for delivery and replay purposes. Where group sessions are recorded, your participation constitutes consent to appear in such recordings, which are shared only with enrolled participants.

7. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials or examples shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Outcomes vary based on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and engagement.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services rely on third-party platforms for functions such as payment processing, digital content delivery, and live video sessions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content.

9. Assumption of Risk and Release

By participating in any Service involving breathwork, meditation, movement, or emotionally intensive inquiry, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, whether physical, emotional, or psychological. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release ÊTRE, its owner, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to your participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied;

• ÊTRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services; • Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
